Microporous bags are made by mechanically or by laser punching to create tiny holes, typically 0.1–1 mm in diameter, on the surface of plastic films (such as PE, PP, CPP, etc.). The number and distribution of the holes can be customized as needed, which can maintain the basic protective function of the packaging while enabling functional packaging that allows for the exchange of gas and moisture.
